Gigas buys Spanish MVNO Onmovil for EUR 9.1 million – Telecompaper EN

Spanish cloud hosting company Gigas announced the acquisition of local MVNO Onmovil for EUR 9.1 million. The company said Onmovil, which operates on the Orange Spain network, had full-year 2020 revenue of EUR 9.6 millon and expects this to rise to EUR 10 million in 2021, helping to boost the enlarged group’s sales by 18.5 percent year over year.
